NOTICE OF ORDINATION

Notice is hereby given that, God willing, The Right Reverend Edwin Desmond Pockpass, Bishop of the Diocese of George intends to ordain:
Revd. Mr. Jayed Rhodes and Revd. Ms. Melanie Prinsloo to the Sacred Order of Priests; and to make
Mr. Ehsanul-Lee Booysen and Mr. Shaun Plato Deacons in Christ’s Holy Catholic Church.

The Ordination Eucharist will take place on:
Sunday, 28 June 2026 at 14h00 in the Cathedral of St. Mark the Evangelist.
Your prayers are requested for the Ordinands, for the Retreat Conductor, the Preacher, and for Bishop Edwin, that all may be guided and strengthened by the Holy Spirit in preparation for this sacred occasion
