Annual St. Oswald’s Day Celebration 2026

The Diocese of George Church Men’s Society (CMS) extends a warm invitation to all members of the Church Men’s Society, clergy, parishioners, families, and friends from across the Diocese to join us for our Annual St. Oswald’s Day Celebration on Saturday, 1 August 2026, at St. Mark’s Cathedral, George.

As we gather to honour St. Oswald, King of Northumbria and faithful Christian leader, we give thanks for his enduring witness of courageous faith, humble leadership, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel. His life continues to inspire Christian men to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and bear faithful witness to Christ in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

This annual diocesan celebration offers an opportunity for fellowship, worship, and spiritual renewal as we come together in thanksgiving for the ministry of the Church Men’s Society and recommit ourselves to Christ’s call to servant leadership and faithful discipleship.

We encourage every parish to be represented as we celebrate our shared mission and strengthen the bonds of Christian brotherhood throughout the Diocese of George.
